1. Ordering & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a variety of secure payment options including Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible regions. All transactions are encrypted for your security.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, but you must act quickly. You can request a cancellation or change before 6:00 PM (PKT) on the day of your order. Once an order moves into the handling stage after our daily cut-off, we are unable to make changes. Please contact us via WhatsApp at +92 302 8860884 for urgent requests.
Do your prices include tax?
Yes. In accordance with Pakistan and GCC standards, all prices displayed on www.muzax.shop are inclusive of applicable VAT and taxes.
2. Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our delivery process is divided into two parts:
Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Saturday).
Transit Time: 3–5 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery: 4–7 business days.
What is the "Order Cut-Off Time"?
Our daily cut-off is 6:00 PM (PKT). Orders placed before this time begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will begin processing the following business day.
How can I track my package?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send an email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we serve customers across Pakistan and specific GCC countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

Are your electronics genuine?
Absolutely. All products in our Electronics category are sourced from authorized distributors and include manufacturer specifications.
Can I get medical advice for Beauty or Health products?
No. While we provide detailed descriptions for our Beauty and Health & Household items, this information is for educational purposes only. We always recommend consulting with a professional for specific health concerns.
Will you be adding more product categories?
Yes! As our CEO mentioned, Muzax is constantly evolving. We plan to introduce more lifestyle and tech categories in the near future to better serve your needs.
4. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 5-day return window for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, you can contact us at support@muzax.shop or via WhatsApp at +92 302 8860884 within 5 days of receiving your order. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately within the 5-day window so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We recommend taking clear photos of the packaging and the product to speed up the process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will coordinate with you for a bank transfer or mobile wallet refund.
