Transit & Travel: After your package leaves our facility, it enters the transit phase. The Transit Time is typically 3–5 business days, depending on your specific location.
Total Delivery Time: From the moment your order is confirmed, you can expect your package to arrive within a total of 4–7 business days.
2. Daily Order Cut-Off Time
To stay efficient, we follow a strict daily schedule. Our Order Cut-Off Time is 6:00 PM (PKT).
Orders received before 6:00 PM will begin processing the same day.
Orders received after 6:00 PM will be initiated on the following business day.
3. Shipping Costs & Transparency
We believe in "No Surprise" pricing. All shipping charges are calculated based on your location and the weight of the items in your cart. You will see the final, exact shipping cost at the checkout page before you finalize your payment.
4. Real-Time Tracking
Every order from Muzax comes with a promise of visibility. As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered address. This email includes a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s portal, so you can watch your package’s journey in real-time.
5. Address Accuracy
To ensure a successful delivery, please verify that your shipping address and contact number are accurate. As per our Terms of Service, we cannot redirect a package once it has been dispatched from our office. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please ensure someone is available at the address to receive the parcel and complete the payment.
6. Dealing with Delays or Damages
While we strive for perfection, external factors like extreme weather or carrier delays can occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within the estimated 7-business-day window, please reach out to us immediately.
