Refund policy
At Muzax, customer satisfaction is our priority. To maintain our commitment to quality and efficiency, we offer a prominent 5-Day Return Window for all eligible products.
1. 5-Day Return Period
You have 5 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 5 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage all customers to inspect their packages immediately upon delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Electronics & Kitchenware: All seals, manuals, and accessories must be intact.
Beauty & Personal Care: For hygiene and safety reasons, these items can only be returned if they are unopened and the original seal is unbroken.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
Perishable goods or health/household items that have been opened.
Personal care items (due to health and hygiene standards).
Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
4. How to Start a Return

5. Return Shipping & Costs
Defective or Damaged Items: If the product is damaged or incorrect due to our error, Muzax will cover the cost of return shipping.
Change of Mind: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs to our Rawalpindi office. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: Will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Payment Method: For Pakistan/GCC orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer or Store Credit. For Card payments, the credit will be applied to your original payment method.
